References to "PlayGams", "we", "our", or "us" mean EXMARKETPLACE FZ Ltd as the operator of playgams.com and related game services.
2. Scope of This Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal data when you visit playgams.com, play HTML5 games published under the PlayGams brand, create or use a PlayGams account, sign in using Google Sign-In, interact with advertising, manage advertising consent, or contact us directly.
PlayGams is a free entertainment and educational platform. It does not process any real-money financial transactions, banking data, payment-card data, or external wallet data. All in-game balances, currencies, tokens, and economies are entirely fictional and have no real-world value. This Policy therefore does not cover real-money payment data, which PlayGams does not collect.

3.1 Account Information
When you sign in using Google Sign-In, we may receive your Google account identifier, name, email address, and profile image URL.
We also create and store an internal user ID, your account role, and your selected interface language.
3.2 Wallet and Gameplay Information
Where applicable, we process in-game wallet balances, gameplay events, gameplay sessions and timestamps, reward and progression data, and technical validation data used to protect the platform from abuse.
Gameplay events may use sequence numbers, signatures, or other integrity checks to prevent fraud, replay, or manipulation.
3.3 Technical and Device Information
When you access PlayGams, we may automatically collect IP address, approximate location derived from IP address, browser and device information, standard HTTP headers, request identifiers, diagnostic logs, and security logs.

PlayGams uses cookies and similar technologies. Some are strictly necessary for the service to work. Non-essential advertising and analytics technologies are used only after consent is granted through our consent-management platform.

5. Advertising and IAB Europe TCF v2.3
PlayGams may monetise through programmatic advertising.

Until consent is granted, advertising vendors are not loaded, advertising cookies are not placed, and advertising-related personal data is not shared with advertising vendors.
Advertising and monetisation partners may include Google Ad Manager, ExMarketplace, Index Exchange, PubMatic, Magnite, SmartAdServer, Ogury, Teads, Seedtag, Xandr, and other vendors shown in the CMP vendor list.
